Premiere and Executive Series homes will choose their design selections at Southwestern Design Studio.

Southwestern Design Studio is a unique, VIP-style design center experience for our home buyers in the Dallas area.  When you walk through the door you will be met by one of our professional interior design specialist who will help provide a personalized and streamlined experience. Since we believe that the home design process should be enjoyable and not stressful, we divided the process up into two separate meetings to give you a wide variety of choices without leaving you feeling overwhelmed. We know every new homeowner dreams about the details, the little things that make their home unique.

The Southwestern Design Studio Process

STAGE ONE FLOORING

We begin the process by finding the flooring that is going to turn your house into your home.  With a wide range of styles and colors, we feel confident that you will be thrilled with a clearer vision of how your home will look.

STAGE TWO KITCHEN AND MASTER BATH

Now that we have your main flooring selection, we will begin designing your Kitchen and Master Bathroom.  At this stage, we focus in on the details and functionality of your home life, to ensure you choose the right cabinets, countertops, appliances and plumbing fixtures to design the gourmet kitchen and luxurious bathroom you have been dreaming about.  A variety of selections, provides an abundance of choices to fit your style.

STAGE THREE SECONDARY BATHS, UTILITY ROOM AND FINISHOUT

Once your Kitchen and Master Bathroom are complete to your liking, we move onto stage three.  This stage covers all selections for secondary bathrooms, utility room, carpet and interior paint colors.  You will be able to select the final touches to complete the overall look of your home.

FINAL APPROVAL

Once complete, we place your selections together so you can see how it all comes together.  Feel free to take pictures to share with family and friends.  A review of the paperwork with all of the selections takes place and once signed, the process is complete.
