(AUSTIN), 16 April 2008 - Pacesetter Homes LLC, a Qualico Group company, today announced the start of construction on several homes in the Austin area.  Pacesetter Homes has contracted to purchase 26 finished lots in Palomino Park in Cedar Park, where they have broken ground on two inventory homes and a model sales office.  In addition, two models and several inventory homes have been started in Austin’s Colony located east of Austin on FM969. Homes in West Park Estates will be priced from the $260’s and in Austin’s Colony the homes will start in the low $110’s.
