Parks & Recreation

You may never leave the neighborhood because it offers an abundance of parks and recreation for every family member. The homeowners association maintains a community pool, basketball courts, a sports field for soccer and baseball, sand volleyball courts, hike and bike trails, three playscapes, and a beautiful park along the Colorado River featuring grills and picnic tables. (Some facilities are still under construction.)

In addition, Webberville Park, just a short distance away is a favorite location for lazy afternoons. This park offers fishing, hiking, nature study, canoeing/ boating/ kayaking, playgrounds, covered group shelters, and equestrian accessibility. Texas Parks and Wildlife lists this park as one of the best fishing spots in the Austin area. There are three challenging public golf courses within a short 15-minute drive. And the Travis County Expo Center is just around the corner. Central city shops, galleries, restaurants, and entertainment are a short distance away, while Hwy 183 provides easy access to Highland Mall and the Arboretum shopping areas.
